To the south west of Ronas Hill, the highest hill in Shetland, is a fjord-like voe (long, narrow inlet of water) that has exceptional red cliffs with arches, tunnels and caves. This amazing voe leads with unsurpassed beauty out to the ruggedness of the Atlantic Ocean and imposing headlands that guard the entrance.
